Terms and Conditions – 2jbat Online Betting Platform Pakistan

By accessing the 2jbat website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 2jbat platform.

These terms apply to all products and services available through 2jbat, including sports betting, PSL betting, cricket betting, live casino, jackpot slots, slots and Ludo games. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or product features — where they do, those additional terms will be clearly communicated and form part of this overall agreement.

To register and use a 2jbat account you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

2jbat reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If you are unable to confirm your age when requested, your account will be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on 2jbat only. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a different mobile number or by any other means — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your 2jbat account. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process or at any subsequent verification stage. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Account Security

Your 2jbat username and password are personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account access with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify 2jbat support immediately at support@2jbat.biz.

Account Closure

2jbat reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that the account has been used in breach of these terms, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

Deposits

2jbat accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. 2jbat does not charge any transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your 2jbat account as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. 2jbat is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times or technical issues on the provider's side.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to make the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for verified accounts in good standing, though 2jbat reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawal requests.

Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one working day. 2jbat does not charge any withdrawal fees.

Funds Security

Player funds held at 2jbat are maintained separately from operational funds. Your balance is your money — it is available to you at any time, subject to any active wagering requirements. 2jbat does not use player funds for operational expenses.

2jbat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly when the promotion is offered. The following general terms apply to all 2jbat bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by 2jbat are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for a given bonus specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be staked in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested. Bonus Validity

All bonuses have a validity period — the number of days within which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games and certain other products may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Abuse

2jbat monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk covering bets, systematic exploitation of bonus terms and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, 2jbat reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it and close the account.

All bets placed on 2jbat are final once confirmed by the platform. A bet is confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake amount is deducted from your balance. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — selection, stake, market — are correct before confirming.

Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on 2jbat are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmation. 2jbat reserves the right to withdraw betting markets or suspend in-play markets at any time, without notice, at our absolute discretion.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned; the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a technical error; the odds or bet acceptance was the result of a manifest error. Void bets have stakes returned in full to the player's 2jbat account.

Manifest Errors

Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error, 2jbat reserves the right to void the bet or amend the odds to the correct level, even after the bet has been confirmed. We will notify any affected players promptly.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. In cases of dispute, 2jbat's decision — made in good faith based on available evidence — is final.

All casino and game products available at 2jbat — including slots, jackpot slots, live casino and Ludo games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages stated for each game are the certified figures produced by those audits.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the round will be either completed using recorded game state data (where technically possible) or voided, with the stake returned to the player's account. 2jbat is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpot wins at 2jbat are subject to verification before payment. For jackpot wins above Rs 500,000, an additional verification period of up to 72 hours applies. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not affect valid winners — your winnings will be credited in full once the verification process is complete.

Live Casino

Live casino games at 2jbat are operated by certified third-party game providers. The rules governing specific live table games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, etc.) are those of the game provider and are displayed within each game environment. In the event of a dispute concerning a live casino game outcome, the game provider's recorded data is the authoritative reference.

We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable entertainment activity for the majority of players, can become harmful for a minority. • Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing or any other activity that is illegal under applicable law
• Accessing 2jbat on behalf of another person who has been self-excluded or whose account has been closed
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 2jbat staff or other platform users

2jbat actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is pending, account access and withdrawals may be restricted until the investigation is complete. 2jbat will cooperate fully with relevant authorities where illegal conduct is identified.

2jbat collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering with 2jbat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

Continued use of 2jbat after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact 2jbat support to close your account and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.
